At VineForged, we believe purpose naturally flows outward as we abide in Christ and grow in who we are in Him.

The Kairos Tent was born from that heartbeat.

The word Chronos refers to ordinary chronological time—the schedules, calendars, and routines we move through every day. But Kairos speaks of something deeper: a divinely appointed moment. A God-timed opportunity. A moment of encounter where heaven seems to intersect with ordinary life.

On the 2nd weekend of each month during Boerne Market Days, we set up a simple prayer and outreach tent designed to create space for genuine connection, encouragement, prayer, and conversations centered around the love and hope found in Jesus Christ.

People often ask what church or organization the tent belongs to.

Our simplest answer is:
“It belongs to Jesus.”

The Kairos Tent is not about promoting ourselves or building attention around a ministry. It is simply about making ourselves available to what God wants to do through ordinary people who are willing to yield to Him.

Sometimes people stop for prayer.
Sometimes they simply need someone to listen.
Sometimes conversations unfold that we know were divinely orchestrated.
And sometimes people encounter the presence of God in ways only He could initiate.

The tent itself is simple.
But we believe God often meets people in simple places.

Our role is not to manufacture moments. It is simply to show up, love people well, and make room for Jesus to do what only He can do.

Beyond the Kairos Tent, VineForged also participates in occasional homeless outreach, local ministry support, missions partnerships, and collaborative outreach opportunities throughout the community. Whether through prayer, practical support, encouragement, or simply being present with people, our desire is to help create spaces where people can encounter the love of God in authentic and tangible ways.
