The CORE Blueprint is VineForged’s foundational discipleship framework and the backbone structure for how we equip believers to live from their true identity in Christ and grow into mature, fruitful participation in God’s Kingdom.
CORE is built around three essential realities of the Christian life:
Presence. Identity. Purpose.
These realities are not isolated topics or single lessons. They are woven throughout the full VineForged curriculum pathway as believers are discipled, formed, and mobilized.
The CORE Curriculum Pathway
The CORE Blueprint is being developed as a three-part curriculum pathway:
1. CORE Foundations
Establishing the essential truths of life in Christ
CORE Foundations introduces the foundational truths of the Christian life, helping believers become rooted in God’s presence, grounded in their new identity in Christ, and established in the gospel realities that support spiritual maturity.
Focus may include:
- Knowing God and abiding in His presence
- The gospel and the new creation
- Spirit, soul, and body
- Renewing the mind
- Freedom from false identity and performance-based Christianity
2. CORE Design
Discovering how God has uniquely formed and prepared each person
CORE Design helps participants recognize how God has shaped their story, gifts, personality, passions, burdens, and spiritual wiring. This course creates space for believers to understand their unique design within the Body of Christ and begin discerning where they may be called to serve, build, create, lead, or support.
Focus may include:
- Spiritual gifts and natural strengths
- Personal story and testimony
- Passions, burdens, and Kingdom assignments
- Personality, wiring, and leadership style
- Clarifying next steps toward purpose
3. CORE Activation
Equipping believers to walk out purpose with faith, wisdom, and action
CORE Activation helps believers move from understanding into practice. This course focuses on walking in obedience, spiritual authority, servant leadership, and practical Kingdom engagement. The goal is to help participants become activated in the work God has prepared for them.
Focus may include:
- Kingdom authority and responsibility
- Spiritual warfare and prayer
- Leadership and stewardship
- Serving, building, and mobilizing
- Practical next steps through VineForged, VineBridge, outreach, or other ministry opportunities
How Presence, Identity, and Purpose Flow Through the Courses
While each course has a distinct focus, Presence, Identity, and Purpose are woven throughout the entire pathway.
- In CORE Foundations, participants are rooted in God’s presence and established in new creation identity.
- In CORE Design, participants discover how their identity, gifts, and story connect to purpose.
- In CORE Activation, participants learn to walk in purpose from continued dependence on God’s presence and truth.
The goal is not merely information, but formation—helping believers live from Christ, grow in maturity, and bear lasting fruit.
Why CORE?
The word CORE reflects both strength and structure.
Just as the core of the body supports alignment, movement, balance, and strength, the CORE Blueprint is designed to strengthen the inner life of the believer so the whole person can live, grow, and move from union with Christ.
The word Blueprint reflects intentional design. This is not random content or disconnected teaching. CORE provides a foundational structure that allows VineForged to build consistently while still making room for other Christ-centered contributors, teachers, mentors, and ministry partners.
A Framework That Makes Room for Others
CORE provides the backbone of VineForged, but it is not meant to limit the work of the Holy Spirit or exclude the contributions of others.
VineForged is being built as a Christ-centered ecosystem where teachers, mentors, creatives, leaders, and ministry partners can contribute within a shared foundation of Presence, Identity, and Purpose.
This means future contributors may bring:
- Specialized teachings
- Workshops or retreats
- Mentoring resources
- Creative content
- Ministry training
- Practical tools and services
- Testimonies and lived wisdom
The goal is not for every contributor to sound the same, but for every contribution to strengthen the same foundational vision: helping believers live from their true identity in Christ and walk fruitfully in Kingdom purpose.
What Is Happening Now
VineForged is currently developing and refining the CORE Blueprint as the foundational curriculum pathway for discipleship, mentoring, teaching, and training.
At this stage, we are:
- Clarifying the structure of CORE Foundations, CORE Design, and CORE Activation
- Developing foundational teaching materials and workbook concepts
- Testing and refining key concepts through small gatherings, workshops, and ministry conversations
- Building language around Presence, Identity, and Purpose
- Creating pathways for mentoring, group learning, and future facilitator development
- Identifying how other teachers, mentors, and contributors may participate within the VineForged framework
Some CORE concepts are already being taught through gatherings, conversations, written content, and early ministry expressions. However, the full three-course pathway is still being developed.
What Is Coming
As the CORE Blueprint continues to develop, our goal is to create a structured discipleship pathway that can serve individuals, small groups, churches, ministries, and future VineForged gatherings.
Future plans may include:
- Three primary CORE courses: Foundations, Design, and Activation
- Participant workbooks and leader guides
- Mentoring resources
- Online courses and digital content
- Small group studies
- Retreats, workshops, and conferences
- Training pathways for facilitators and mentors
- Tools to help participants identify next steps in purpose and ministry engagement
The long-term vision is for CORE to become the central equipping framework of VineForged—a consistent foundation that can be carried into many environments while remaining flexible enough to support different voices, gifts, and ministry expressions.

Through CORE, participants are strengthened in Presence, Identity, and Purpose. From there, they may be connected through VineBridge, supported through future ministry initiatives, and mobilized into practical expressions of Kingdom impact.
In this way, CORE serves as the backbone of the equipping stream while supporting the larger VineForged Ecosystem.
