About the Kairos Tent
The Kairos Tent is a place of encounter.
It is a simple space set apart in the midst of everyday life—where people can step in, be seen, be prayed for, and experience the presence of God in a real and personal way.
“Kairos” speaks of God’s appointed time—moments where heaven meets earth. Our heart is to create space for those moments through prayer, intercession, and the tangible love of Christ.

We believe God is moving in the lives of people all around us—often in ways they may not yet recognize.
Through the Kairos Tent, we step into the community to:
- Pray with and for those in need
- Offer encouragement and hope
- Create space for people to encounter God
- Be available and led by the Holy Spirit in each moment
This is not about programs—it’s about people.
It’s about meeting someone right where they are and inviting them into something more.
🌍 Where We Go
We regularly set up the Kairos Tent during Boerne Market Days, creating a visible and welcoming place for prayer and connection.
In addition, the tent may be set up in other locations throughout the year—including community outreach opportunities and serving the homeless—as the Lord leads.

We will be present the second weekend of each month (with one additional December outreach):

🕒 Tent Hours
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Setup and breakdown times are included as part of the serving experience.)

There is a place for you here.
Whether you feel called to be part of the ongoing team or simply want to serve when you’re able, you are welcome. Some serve consistently, helping build and carry the heart of this outreach, while others join as they can—and every role matters.
Serving opportunities may include:
- Friday evening setup
- Saturday morning or afternoon shifts
- Sunday morning or afternoon (includes teardown)
You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willing heart.
